I assembled a team of 8 designers and led the design of Modus’s core modules: contact center, loyalty, marketing, CPQ, and BPM. In parallel, I created and developed a unified product design system.

I built design processes that made complex corporate scenarios clear, scalable, and easy to use.

I led the design of Dialog, an omnichannel contact center spun out of the Modus platform. I created a unified operator workspace, queue management, inquiry-handling scenarios, and tools for monitoring workload.

The solution is used by large clients, including banks.

I led the design of a visual interface editor and the metamodel — a tool for assembling complex enterprise screens in an interactive format.

I designed the canvas and the backend configuration logic so no-code/low-code assembly stayed flexible and clear.

I researched user scenarios, visual concepts, and prototypes for a music-first social network.

Based on the research, I proposed mechanics that keep context and speed up key actions in the feed and comments.
